Shipping

• At this time I cannot calculate the exact shipping time for your order. Most EU orders should arrive within one week. Orders to other countries might take longer.
• I ship to all EU countries, and other countries where shipping with postal service is available. If you can’t find your country in the shipping list at check out, contact me and I will check the delivery rates manualy.
• All orders are shipped from Lithuania by post and have a tracking number.
• Your order might be subject to additional taxes.
• If you suspect your package has gone missing during delivery - contact me right away.

Cancelation and Returns

• I carefully check all the products before shipping. If you recieve a defective product you can either return or exchange it at no cost.
• You can return the products you don’t like within 2 weeks, but you’ll need to cover the shipping.
• You can cancel your order, if it was not already shipped.

Products

• All stickers are water resistant, but might not survive prolonged submerging into water. They all passed the dishwasher test, but I yet tell you how many dishwasher cycles they will survive.
• If you have suggestion for future products - don’t hesitate to contact me!
• I create most of the stickes myself, that means I have a lot of defective product and testers left (wrong cutting, no lamination, wrinkled lamination etc.). I don’t like throwing away things, that might be of use for someone else. If you specialize in collages or smth similar - let me know and I will send you these for free, you’ll only need to cover the shipping cost.
